1. Orders & Payment

   •    All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

   •    We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

     • Your information is not shared. 

     • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

2. Returns & Refunds

   •    Returns are accepted within 25 days of delivery in event that the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you. Please provide image proof to lexmadeit31@gmail.com. You will be sent a new product with shipping costs covered. 

   •    Refunds are only applicable if the product arrives damaged or defective.

   •    To request a return or refund, please contact us at lexmadeit31@gmail.com with your order number and photos. 

   •    Custom items (including personalized or made-to-order designs) are not eligible for return unless damaged or an error was made by the company. When ordering please check that all information and details are correct on your end, as we will not replace nor refund for customer error.

   •    We strive to keep our website up and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

   •    Occasionally, there may be errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content. We reserve the right to correct such errors without notice.

   •    If an error affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with options.
